My claim against Blackpool Park Golf Club was dismissed on 7th November 2007 at Liverpool County Court.
Whilst I admit Blackpool Park are vindicated in cancelling me as an act by a Court Order I hereby warn all other artistes who are engaged by Blackpool Park Golf Club to check at least two weeks before appearance that the venue still requires them, and please ensure your engagement is contractually water tight.
